Arthur B. Malman – Arthur B. Malman is a partner of the law firm of Malman & Goldman, LLP and a principal of the Urban Group, a real-estate investment company. Mr. Malman is also Chairman of Dimex Holdings Corporation, a telecom venture company and a director of PS America, Inc. a floor covering chain. Mr. Malman received a B.A. from Princeton University and a J.D. from the Yale University School of Law, and attended Columbia University School of Business Administration.
