Scott Tarriff – Scott Tarriff formed a generic pharmaceutical company, Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in January 2007.  Eagle is focused on developing, distributing and in-licensing generic specialty products that tend to have some unique aspect or barrier to entry.

Previous to forming Eagle, Mr. Tarriff was president and chief executive officer of Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc.  Mr. Tarriff joined Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc., (PRX), in 1998 as executive vice president of business.  Mr. Tarriff was named president and chief executive officer of Par Pharmaceutical, Inc., the company’s principal operating subsidiary, in 2001, and was elected to the company’s board of directors in 2002.  In September 2003, he was appointed president and chief executive officer of Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc.

Mr. Tarriff joined Par following a 12-year career at Bristol-Meyers Squibb.  He received his MBA from Rider College and his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University.
